excellent stay with some small issues
clean resortwell organised resortreally good spaattentive staff
The resort was very clean and quite well organized. the buffet restaurant provided fresh options and was superbly maintained. my spa treatments, including a massage and facial, were really good. I especially liked the well-equipped suite i booked. the staff were attentive, helping organize activities.
The sofa-bed was not very comfortable. My kids complained about it. the bathroom setup allowed water to spill onto the floor from the shower area. the air conditioning did not work properly in the room i had and it was very warm.

the suite included a nice kitchen area and a living room area, offering ample space. The terrace room i booked proved essential. The suite was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

the suite balcony was spacious and well-designed.
i encountered some issues that detracted from my stay. the noise levels were excessive, particularly with children running around and screaming. this made it difficult to relax. the forceful cleaning of my room despite the 'do not clean' sign was completely unacceptable.

the breakfast buffet featured many options. i liked the fresh fruit selection and the pastries. the outdoor pool included ample loungers. there were shaded areas available. the spa facilities provided a calm atmosphere. my massage therapist was very skilled.
the hotel's floor plan was a bit confusing initially.

wow, this stay WAS awesome!

the resort room had a fantastic balcony area. we did enjoy space to sunbathe! it was amazing to chill outside. there was basic amenities i need. staff members were all friendly and cute! the pool area gave nice vibes too. i'm just saying, it felt great. breakfast options where huge, amazing! it was great quality, i'm happy!

the hotel is located in the hills a bit north from Portimão! the spa and the facilities are beautiful, very top. i had a really nice breakfast buffet , that was top notch.

the breakfast was very good it had lots of home cooked options and fresh fruits. the staff were nice. the location was good and the restaurant was excellent.
the size of the bed was pretty good however it was very very hard for me. my kids complained about the sofa bed as well. the bathroom got messy because the glasses can't contain the water.

the breakfast had plenty of options to start the day right i found two bathrooms in my suite a big plus the bar was a lovely spot to finish the day the drinks and food were delicious the staff made sure i was settled in and knew how everything worked and where everything was

the hotel is set away from the busy coastline providing a quieter atmosphere it is a 25 minute drive to the beach and it is ideal seeking a tranquil retreat. i could easily access nearby attractions from the hotel.

the staff were super friendly from the reception to the activity organizers everyone went out of their way to ensure i was comfortable the spa staff were accommodating i considered their service to be great value for money. they were always ready to assist.
